How do I request a refund?

All payments in Booty Quest are processed through Google Play, Apple or Amazon (depending on your device).

If you would like a refund for an in-app purchase, we would first recommend contacting the Store in the first instance.

For iOS (Apple) devices:

All refunds need to be processed through Apple. Please follow these steps to begin the refund process:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign into your iTunes account
  3. Scroll through the list until you find the purchases from Booty Quest
  4. Click "Report A Problem"
  5. Choose a problem from the drop-down list, and provide any information you can with regards to the purchase
  6. Click "Submit"

For Android (Google Play) devices:
